We deliver to most countries around the world.

The only countries where we are currently unable to deliver are Iran, Cuba, Crimea, Syria and North Korea. 

Estimated shipping delivery times based on standard option:

• USA: 3-10 business days after fulfillment.
  
• Canada: 5-10 business days after fulfillment.
  
• Europe: 5-10 business days after fulfillment.
• Other: 10-20 business days after fulfillment.
  
  

Your order will be sent out on average within five (5) business days of ordering. Depending on order influx, the fulfillment time may increase to seven (7) business days.

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors such as weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees. 

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! Kindly check your shipping confirmation and that the entered address is correct. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your expense.

In the case of an unsuccessful delivery due to no recipient being available at the registered address, the parcel is returned to the local post office, and it is your responsibility to claim the parcel or arrange for another delivery accordingly.

You will receive a shipment confirmation by e-mail including tracking information as soon as your order is sent out for delivery.

Absolutely! We welcome returns as long as the product remains unused, in the original packaging (where applicable), and is sent back within fifteen (15) days of being received including the receipt or a proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of both receive and return shipping will not be included in your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

If you've received the wrong size or prefer a different size, please get in touch with us at info@drivestylestore.com and we'll fill you in on the next steps.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly check your bank account again and/or contact your credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Absolutely! We replace products if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@drivestylestore.com and kindly send your item to the following:
